I have had the privilege of being a part of a talented team of creatives at Onyx Coffee Lab in Northwest Arkansas.
As a member of the Onyx Creative Team, I help manage all avenues of communication and media with the company's large online following. I leverage media insights and analytics to understand how to better communicate our brand to our audience while providing engaging content for followers to experience. Taking part in both content creation and creative marketing and advertising, I help to tell the story of Onyx to the public through the means of digital media.
- Manage daily social content calendar for multiple brand accounts (Onyx Coffee Lab, Hail Fellow Well Met, Providers By Onyx, Terroir By Onyx)
- Development of multi-media content for an audience of 300,000+ social media followers
- Create marketing and promotional emails and oversee campaigns for multiple audiences (100,000+ Subscribers)
- Coordination and collaboration of marketing efforts with many different international brands and public figures
- Product photography for all new products to be sold
- Coordination with training and roasting staff for the promotion of weekly new coffees released to the public
- Food and drink photography for our cafes, restaurant, bakery, and chocolate production
